Three Bedroom and one bath brick home on approximately five acres on Hempstead 147 between Hope and Lewisville. It is 2.5 miles off of Hwy. 29 and is fairly isolated. The house is 1275 sq. ft. and was remodeled in 2007-08, including new metal roofing, new CH/A unit, updated kitchen with new stove and dishwasher, new cabinets, tile counter tops and flooring in kitchen and dining room, wood flooring in living room, and new carpet in bedrooms. Three acres behind the house has a new five strand barbwire fence, (I had two horses in it) and a partial broiler house that would make a good barn with some repair. The house has a deep well, the tank is in great condition and the well shed was built this year. This is a great house for anyone who is looking for some privacy and plenty of space outdoors for pets, for kids to play, to garden, or have one or two horses.
