Cattle Receipts: 884 Last week: 1203 Last year: 895
Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers under 500 lbs 4.00-8.00
higher, over 500 lbs steady to 3.00 higher. Slaughter cows steady. Slaughter
bulls steady.
Supply included 471 feeder calves; 240 yearlings; 20 replacement cows; 131
slaughter cows; 22 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 40 percent
English and English crosses; 40 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 20 percent
Brahman and Brahman crosses. Feeder supply included 60 percent steers and
bulls; 40 percent heifers. Prices follow with weighted average price in
