Mr. Scott was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Display of Lighting Device.

S – Brandon Russell, 34, Columbia, TN
Ms. Webb was charged with Obstructing Government Operations. Mr. Russell was arrested and charged with with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License, No Proof of Insurance, Refusal to Submit and Leaving the Scene of an Accident With Property Damage.
