Winners all at Easter Egg Hunt

PRESCOTT – There was nothing but winners at the annual Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce Easter Egg Hunt Saturday at the Nevada County Fairgrounds.

Youngsters from one to nine got the chance to hunt eggs, and search for the elusive golden egg for a special prize. They also could get their faces painted while waiting their turn to hunt. They could have any design they wanted painted on their face as long as it was a pink bunny nose and whiskers. The children also took part in egg spoon races and bunny hop racing, while visiting with the man of the hour himself, the Easter Bunny.

It was no holds barred when the countdown finished allowing the children to race onto Bemis Field and gather eggs.
