Mr. James Wesley Jordan Sr. age 71 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, June 26, 2017, at his home. Mr. Jordan was born March 3, 1946, in Monroe, Louisiana to Walter and Flora Beach Jordan. He was United States Army war veteran serving in Vietnam war, a retired truck driver and also a member of The Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife; Darlene Jordan of Hope, three sons; James Jordan Jr. of Monroe, Louisiana, Duane McDonald of Crossville, Tennessee and Thad McDonald of Plainview, Arkansas, four daughters; Carol Young West Monroe, Louisiana, Pam Jordan of Monroe, Louisiana, Donna May of Genoa, Arkansas and Melissa Walker of Ashdown, Arkansas, three sisters; Debra Bennett, Teresa, and Trudy Jordan all of Monroe, Louisiana, 21 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 12:00pm to 1:30pm on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801.

Graveside services for Mr. Jordan is 2:00PM, Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Snell Cemetery in Emmet. Mr. David Formby will officiate. Arrangements are by Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie BRAZZEL, Director. Online register www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com
