Heat Advisory Issued For Hempstead & Nevada Counties

HEMPSTEAD/NEVADA COUNTIES –  A Heat Advisory has been issued for both Hempstead and Nevada counties, in effect until 7:00pm Friday, July 21.

Daytime air temperatures in the mid 90’s with combine with high humidity to produce heat index values  of between 105 and 109.
