ACCIDENTS

7/14

A two vehicle accident occurred at 9:51 a.m. in the 2400 block of N. Hervey.

7/15

A one vehicle accident occurred on private property at 2:02 p.m. at Wendy’s.

7/16

A two vehicle accident occurred at 4:24 p.m. in the 900 block of N. Hazel.

ARRESTS

7/14

Rex Rigney, 55, of Hope, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 500 block of W. 16^th and charged with drinking on the highway.

Venisha Sanders, 39, of Texarkana, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. in the 12^th block of Mockingbird Circle and charged with criminal trespass.

Michael Todd, 22, of Hope, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. in the 700 block of S. Spruce and charged with battery second degree.

Latoya Hamilton, 38, of Hope, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. in the 1500 block of S. Spruce and charged with third degree domestic battery and resisting arrest.

Two 16-year-old boys, one from Hope, the other from Nashville, were arrested at 12:01 a.m. at Northside Park and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, minor in possession of tobacco products.

Cedriana Rhodes, 18, and a 14-year-old boy, both of Hope, were arrested at 11:23 p.m. in the 1100 block of E. 2^nd and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Tyreese Robinson, 39, of Hope, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. in the 500 block of S. Main and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit, driving on a DWI suspended license, carless and prohibitive driving and drinking on the highway.

Edward Barzar, 59, of Hope, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. at the Imperial Apartments and charged with third degree battery.

OTHER

Jessica Sears, 28, of Texarkana, TX, was charged with first degree criminal mischief from an incident that occurred at Fred’s at 11:48 a.m. on June 14. She was also served with a failure to appear warrant.
