Book signing Sept. 23

PRESCOTT –A book signing will be held from 1:30-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at the Nevada County Library.

Georgia Estes will be on hand to sign copies of “Restoring the Wells of Praise,” her new book. The book attempts to show believers how they can praise God even with there is sickness, death, poverty and other such negative blockages in their “wells of praise”.

The first few chapters, according to a release from the library, use scripture to show what Christians have been redeemed from, what Jesus’ blood has paid for and the position of authority Christians have in Jesus.

From there, the next 18 chapters apply the principles of these early chapters. She uses stories from her time in Africa and of Bible figures such as Job, Esther and Lazarus to help the reader visualize how to live a blessed and praised-filled life.
