ACCIDENTS
9/1
A one vehicle accident occurred at 2 a.m. in the 100 block of N. Pine.
A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred on private property at 9 a.m. at UACCH.
A two vehicle accident occurred in private property at 12:28 p.m. at the Hempstead County Health Department.
A two vehicle accident occurred at 5:51 p.m. in the 200 block of N. Hervey

ARRESTS
9/1
Desmond Johnson, 19, of Hope, and Deovine Moore, 19, of Texarkana, were arrested at 1:43 a.m. in the 100 block of N. Pine. Johnson was charged with possession with purpose to deliver, marijuana, possession of a drug paraphernalia and expired vehicle tags. Moore was charged with possession with purpose to deliver, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joel Aragon, 29, and Jaime Aragon, 24, both of Hope, were arrested at 9:52 p.m. in the 1200 block of Park Drive. The two were charged with obstructing government operations. Joel was also charged with driving on a suspended license and served with a failure to appear warrant.
Tamia Wilson, 19, of Hope, was arrested at 9 a.m. at UACCH. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Kendaris Flowers, 19, of Hope, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. in the 600 block of E. 3rd and charged with obstructing government operations.
9/3
Elquinzie Scott, 49, of Hope, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Dairy and charged with public intoxication.
A 14-year-old Hope boy was charged with domestic assault third degree at 6:44 p.m. in the 1700 block of W. 5th.
An 11-year-old Hope boy was charged with robbery at 11:51 a.m. in the 600 block of E. Oak.
9/4
Jason Whitney, 40, of Hope, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. at E-Z Mart and charged with domestic battery third degree and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.
OTHER
9/2
Kendaris Flowers, 19, of Hope, was charged with third degree battery from an incident that occurred at 12:08 a.m. on March 26 in the 1400 block of N. Spruce.
