Mrs. Bonita Stone Willi

Mrs. Bonita Stone Willis, age 77 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in Hope. She was born in Blevins, Arkansas on December 11, 1939 to James Byron and Ruby Lee Sutton Stone. She was an Elementary School Teacher for 33 years with the last 28 years of teaching at Blevins Elementary. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Hope, where she taught Sunday School. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Almer Willis, a brother Hoyet Stone and two grandchildren Tyler Willis and MacKenzie Grimmett.

 

She is survived by four sons: David Chaney, wife April of Hot Springs, Terry Willis, wife Cindy, Chris Willis all of Hope and Spencer Willis of Bossier City, Louisiana, two daughters, Stacy Faulkner of Hope and Heather Sumpter, husband Steve of Magnolia, sister Norma Jean (Stone) Buzbee and husband, Bob of Maumelle, 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

 

Visitation is 1:00PM till service time of 2:00PM on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home 1001 South Main.

 

Funeral service is 2:00PM on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Jay Pollan officiating. Burial will be in Marlbrook Cemetery in Blevins.
