A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 4 p.m. at the Hemsptead County Courthouse.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 11:18 p.m. in the 800 block of W. Division.

A two vehicle accident occurred at 11:30 a.m. in the 200 block of E. 3ed.

A three vehicle accident occurred at 12:04 p.m. in the 2400 block of N. Hervey.

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred at 1:49 p.m. in the 200 block of N. Elm.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 2:20 p.m. at McDonald’s.

ARRESTS

Robert Pearson, 57, and Lisa Pearson, 39, both of Hope, were arrested at 8:07 a.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with theft of property.

Odell Gulley, 42, of Hope, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. in the 900 block of W. Division and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

Jaqwavian Johnson, 19, of Texarkana, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. in the 11 block of Mockingbird Circle and charged with third degree domestic battery and served with two foreign warrants.

Kelsey Sullivan, 48, of Hope, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. in the 1300 block of S. Main and charged with theft of property.

Mario Lard, 28, of Washington, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. in the 700 block of E. Short and charged with driving on a suspended license, and served with a failure to appear warrant.

Ledarius Anthony, 24, of Hope was arrested at 11:08 p.m. in the 1200 block of W. Margaret and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving left of center and fleeing on foot.

Sicoria Elia, 30, of Hope, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. in the 800 block of E. Berry and charged with criminal trespass.

Lawrence Russo, 56, of Rosston, and Eric Keen, 27, of Emmet, were arrested at 1:53 p.m. in the 2300 block of E. 3rd. and charged with third degree battery.

Tevis Maxwell, 18, of Hope, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. in the 700 block of E. 1st and charged with littering.

Dexter Swift, 32, of Prescott, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. in the 1500 block of N. Hervey and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.
