Cattle Receipts: 1214 Last week: 1279 Last year: 1203
Compared to last week: Feeder steers 2.00-5.00 higher. Feeder heifers steady
to 3.00 higher. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 2.00-4.00
lower.
Supply included 707 feeder calves, 390 yearlings, 40 replacement cows, 66
slaughter cows; 11 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 45 percent
English and English crosses; 30 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 25 percent
Brahman and Brahman crosses. Feeder supply included 57 percent steers and
bulls; 43 percent heifers.
