A two vehicle accident occurred on private property, at 5:31 p.m. at Wal-Mart.

ARRESTS

Jesus Martinez, 24, and a 16-year-old boy, both of Hope, were arrested at 9:22 p.m. at the Tobacco Station USA. The boy was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, no driver’s license and expired tags. Martinez was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and obstructing government operations.
Richard Loudermilk, 27, of Hope, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. at the Peaks at Hope and charged with criminal mischief first degree and given a criminal trespass warning.
