It’s National Avocado Day!!!

Not just for guacamole anymore, the avocado has become the main ingredient of recipes that benefit both inside and outside. According to the Hass Avocado Board, as of 2015, avocado consumption in the U.S. has doubled since 2005 and quadrupled since 2000. 4.25 billion avocado were sold in the U.S. in 2015. Yay.
