No changes for Prescott School Board

PRESCOTT – Only one seat was contested for the Prescott school election Tuesday.

In Zone 2,d Sandra Evans was challenged by Constance Unice. Evans retained her seat garnering 37 votes to 18 for Unice.

JoBeth Glass and Ryan Harvey were unopposed and retained their seats, each getting one vote.

For the Blevins School Board, Chandra Dixon received three votes and will join three other new members at the October meeting.

The Prescott School District wasn’t seeking a millage increase.

There were no challenged races for the Nevada School Board and all members will retain their positions. Nevada also didn’t seek a millage increase.
