PRESCOTT – “Stand Strong and Get Your Pink On”, an event for Breast Cancer Awareness and Education, will be held on Saturday, October 28, at the Prescott High School cafeteria at 10 a.m.

Dr. Dana Abraham, Little Rock oncologist, will be the speaker. She will address various issues concerning breast cancer and then answer questions from attendees. A brunch will be served. There will be entertainment from the Prescott Elementary School choir and Prescott High School’s Cade Haynie.

A special invitation is being extended to all breast cancer survivors for a special recognition. There will also be a memory table for those who have succumbed to cancer. Everyone is asked to bring pictures of loved ones for the table.

Those attending the event are asked to wear pink. PHS EAST will have a photo shoot available. There will be lots of door prizes and giveaways.
