ACCIDENTS

A two vehicle accident occurred at 11:24 a.m. in the 900 block of W. 9th.

ARRESTS

5/1

Ronnie Elmer, 39, and Davis Purifoy, 41, both of Hope, were arrested at 9:21 p.m. in the 200 block of N. Andres. Elmer was charged with possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance near certain facilities, possession of drug paraphernalia and drinking on the highway. Purifoy was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance near certain facilities, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and noise abatement.

A 15-year-old Washington girl was arrested at 12:20 p.m. in the 300 block of E. Greenwood and charged with third degree domestic assault.

Ricky Toney, 47, of Hope, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. in the 1200 block of Henry C. Yerger and charged with possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and failure to obey a stop sign.

Loshanta Pugh, 36, of Hope, was arrested at 7:43 a.m. in the 1600 block of W. 6th and charged with domestic battery third degree.

Heather Clark, 26, of Lewisville, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with theft of property.

Antonio Monk, 29, of Hope, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. in the 300 block of E. Ave. B and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit, no headlights, speeding, racing, reckless driving, passing where marked by signs or yellow lines, fleeing on foot and fleeing in a vehicle.

Two 13-year-old Hope girls were arrested at 6:20 p.m. at Hope High School and charged with communicating a false alarm.

OTHER

Karla Gonzales, 30, of Arkadelphia, was charged with third degree battery from an incident that occurred on April 9 at the Breckinridge Apartments.

Armonte Williams, 21, of Hope, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery from an incident that occurred at 1:30 a.m. on April 15, at the Exxon Superstation.

Richard Rone, 30, of Hope, was arrested and charged with first degree terroristic threatening from an incident that occurred at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, in the 1200 block of N. Hervey.

Maurice Trammell, 43, of Hope, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault from an incident that occurred at 2:45 a.m. on March 31 in the 500 block of Caney Creek Dr.
