A two vehicle accident occurred at 1:38 p.m. in the 1800 block of N. Hervey.

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred at 3:26 p.m. in the 600 block of N. Main.

A one vehicle accident occurred on private property at 4:32 p.m. at the Department of Human Services.

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred on private property at 7 a.m. at The Peaks at Hope.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 2:43 p.m. at the Tobacco Superstore.

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred on private property at 4:30 p.m. at Wal-Mart.

ARRESTS

6/20

Brittny Spriggs, 30, of Texarkana, TX, and Steven Mefford, 47, of Texarkana, AR, were arrested at 1:04 p.m. at Medi Mart. Spriggs was charged with second degree forgery and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. Mefford was charged with second degree forgery and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Miketra Gayton, 22, and Shmekia Gayton, 20, both of Fulton, were arrested at 5:52 p.m. at Northside Park. Miketra Gayton was charged with second degree battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Smekia Gayton was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.

At 11:16 p.m. in the 400 block of W. 3rd, Jordan Allen, 18, and Freddie Buster, 20, both of Lewisville, along with Kemontae Stewart, 21, of Stamps, and Leroy Webb, 35, of Lafayette, were arrested. Allen was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Steward was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Buster was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, prescription drugs. Webb was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and served with a foreign warrant.

OTHER

Mary Bobo, 27, of Hope, was arrested and charged with theft of property (auto) and third degree domestic battery. This stems from an incident that occurred at 8:30 p.m. on June 18, at B&B Wrecker Service.

Darius Celestine, 27, of Houston, was arrested and charged with commercial burglary from an incident that occurred at 5:30 p.m. on May 24, at the Medi Mart.

Michael Johnson, 35, of Hope, was cited for third degree domestic battery from an incident that occurred at 1:24 a.m. in the 900 block of S. Elm on March 19.

Jacairr Miles, 21, of Hope, was charged with third degree domestic battery from an incident that occurred on March 19 at 8:30 p.m. in the 700 block of E. Hickory.

Steven Mefford, 47, of Texarkana, was arrested and charged with second degree forgery from an incident that occurred at Medi Mart at 11:43 a.m. on May 24.
