Mrs. Bonnie Sue Ellis Langston, age 79, of Sutton, Arkansas passed away Sunday December 9, 2012 at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock. She was born December 15, 1932, in Nevada County, Arkansas to L. D. and Ara Dillard Ellis. Mrs. Ellis was retired from Myer’s Bakery and a member of White’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She was an avid gardener and loved to watch all kinds of sports, especially the Razorbacks. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 60 years of marriage, Bro. Wayne Langston, a son Jerry Wayne “Red” Langston and a brother Ralph Ellis.
Mrs. Ellis is survived by two sons, James Langston and wife Freida of Lewisville, Arkansas, Kent Langston of Sutton, Arkansas, two daughters, Rhonda and husband Timmy Grimes of Prescott, Arkansas, Donna and husband Tommy Neece of Flower Mound, Texas, two brothers, Dody Ellis of Laneburg, Arkansas, Charlie Ellis of Sutton, Arkansas, ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday December 11, 2012, at Brazzel/Oakcrest in Hope, Arkansas.
Funeral service for Mrs. Langston will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at the Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel, Bro. Jerry Evans and Bro. Donnie Dillard officiating.
