Conscious Discipline coming to PHS

PRESCOTT – D.J. Batiste and Donna Porter will be returning to Prescott High School on Feb. 2 from 2:30-8 p.m. during the parent-teacher conference to talk about “Conscious Discipline”.

The two were at PHS last fall and were a hit among the students. This is a comprehensive course in how to change how everyone looks at education and character development. The premise behind the program focuses on finding positive actions instead of reacting negatively to situations. An overview of the program will be given from 6-7 p.m.

Batiste and Porter will be at PHS throughout the day, and the public is invited to come and visit with them. During their presentation, drawings will be held for 10 $50 gift certificates. The winners must be present to get the certificates.
