Amy D. Fennell
A Dierks woman has been charged with sexual assault. The Howard County Sheriff’s Department reports that Amy D. Fennell, 36, was charged with Sexual Assault in the First Degree on Monday, December 31st after investigator John Eric Glidewell served her with a felony warrant.
This article earlier misstated that Fennell had been charged with rape. The charge is only sexual assault.
Judge Tom Cooper set Fennell’s bond at $100,000. She was in the Howard County Jail awaiting a first court appearance on January 3rd.
