Elder Donald James “Jim” Risk, age 83, of Rosston, Arkansas, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013, at his home in the Waterloo Community. He was born on June 21, 1930, in Lansing, Michigan, to Clare Dale and Eleanor Ruth Stickney Risk. Elder Risk was a retired minister, Lineman for Consumer Power and a 7th Day Adventist. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, David Risk, one great-grandchild, one brother, and one sisters.
Elder Risk is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Ann Smith Risk, a son, Jim Risk of Greenbrier, Arkansas, a daughter, Ruth Ann Roys of Waldo, Arkansas, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, numerous other family members and a host of friends.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 16, at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home in Prescott.
