EasterPRESCOTT – The Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at the Nevada County Fairgrounds.

In order to cut down on wait time between hunts, this year’s event has gone to a different format. Children ages one and two will hunt at 1 p.m., while those three and four will look for eggs at 1:15 p.m. The five to seven group will take to the field at 1:30 p.m., with the eight and nine-year-olds finishing things up at 1:45 p.m. Each division will have a single golden egg, with the person finding it getting a prize.

The hunt will also feature the Easter Bunny, bunny hop races, face painting and Easter egg spoon races.

All children must be accompanied by an adult, and all need to bring their own baskets.
