HHS students charged with Spring Hill school vandalism

Three Hope High School students have been arrested for vandalism at the Spring Hill Schools. Hempstead County Sheriff's Deputies arrested two juveniles and one 18-year-old Monday morning for allegedly committing several acts of vandalism to school buildings and the football field at Spring Hill over the weekend.

The two juveniles and 18-year-old student James Crowe, a senior, were taken into custody at Hope High School and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center. All three were charged with Criminal Mischief.

The two juveniles were summoned to Juvenile Court on March 6, 2012, and released to their parents. Crowe was was given a District Court date of March 12, 2012.
