S – Monte Malone, 53, of Prescott, AR

S – Regina Clark, 50, of Lewisville, AR

Both subjects were arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Parapharnelia,. Mr. Malone was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

S – Juvenile, male, 11, of Hope, AR

S – Juvenile, male, 12, of Hope, AR

Both juveniles were charged with Theft of Property.

2321 hours in the 500 block of S. Main Street

S – Michael Gilliam, 30, of Hope, AR

Mr. Gilliam was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving With No License.

0152 hours in the 300 block of S. Pine Street

S – David Wingfield, 30, of Hooe, AR

Mr. Wingfield was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and served with a Failure To Appear warrant.

2012 hours in the 1900 block of E. 3rd Street

S – Edgar Degado, 32, of Hope, AR

Mr. Delgado was arrested and charged with Friving While Intoxicated, No Proof of Insurance and Careless and Prohibited Driving.

1457 hours in the 1300 block of N. Greening Street

S – Ray McClure was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), Fleeing on Foot, Criminal Trespass and served with a Failure to Appear warrant.

1906 hours in the 700 block of E. Avenue H

S – Dominique Walker, 18, of Hope, AR

Ms. Walker was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery in the Third Degree.

S –  John Poindexter, 59, of Hope, AR

Mr. Poindexter was charged with Theft of Property. The original incident occurred on January 28th, 2017 in the 500 block of N. Hervey Street (It’s Fashion) at 1857 hours.

Mr. Poindexter was also charged with Assault in the 1st Degree. The original incident occurred February 1st, 2017 in the 500 block of N. Walker Street at 1414 hours.
