Mr. Barker was arrested and charged with false imprisonment in the first degree.
1049 hours in the 500 block of Caney Creek Circle
S – Gavan Butler, 28, of Hope, AR
Mr. Butler was arrested and charged with battery in the third degree.

S – Allannette Galloway, 25, of Hope, AR
Ms. Galloway was arrested and charged with residential burglary, criminal mischief in the first degree, domestic battery in the third degree, and assault in the third degree.

S – Taylor Beard, 19, of Hope, AR
Ms. Beard was cited and released for terroristic threatening.
1130 hours in the 500 block of N. Laurel
S – Jerry McClindon, 45, of Hope, AR
Mr. McClindon was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the third degree.

S – Christopher Nard, 26, of Hope, AR
Mr. Nard was arrested and charged with theft of property under $1000.00.

S – Shawnquell Pollins, 19, of Waldo, AR
S – Juvenile, Male, 16, of, Hope, AR
Ms. Pollins and the juvenile were arrested and charged with theft of property under $1000.00.

S – Christopher Love, 22, of Fulton, AR
Mr. Love was arrested and charged with obstructing government operations, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served with a failure to comply warrant and a foreign warrant.

S – Robert Pearson, 52, of Hope, AR
Mr. Pearson was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the third degree.

S – Christian Archer, 27, of Hope, AR
Mr. Archer was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

S – Juvenile, Female, 17, of Hope, AR
The juvenile was cited and released for battery in the third degree.
1903 hours in the 900 block of E. Hickory
S – John Block, 24, of Washington, AR
Mr. Block was arrested and charged with possession of firearms by certain person, discharging firearm in city limit, possession with purpose to deliver (marijuana), possession of controlled substance near certain facilities, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

S – Ediber Luna, 18, of Hope, AR
S – Juvenile, Female, 17, of Hope, AR
Mr. Luna and the juvenile were both arrested and charged with bather in the third degree. Mr. Luna was also charged with aggravated assault.
1740 hours in the 2400 block of N. Hervey (Wal-Mart)
S – Shannon Streihorst, 45, of Hope, AR
Ms. Streihorst was arrested and charged with theft of property under $1000.00.
0524 hours in the 100 block of S. Fulton
S – Yovany Lerna, 23, of Hope, AR
S – Albertano Lerna, 24, of Hope, AR
S – Ricardo Portillo, 27, of Hope, AR
All three subjects were arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree and battery in the third degree.
OTHER:

S – Christopher Love, 22, of Fulton, AR
Mr. Love was arrested and charged with residential burglary and theft of property over $1000.00.
The original incident occurred on December 18, 2012 in the 1600 block of W. 6th St at 1145 hours.
S – William Clark, 44, of Hope, AR
Mr. Clark was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and fleeing on foot. The incident originally occurred on November 2, 2012 in the 800 block of N. Main at 1625 hours.

S – Jay Britton, 29, of Whiteoak, TX
S – Virginia Whisman, 30, of Jacksonville, AR
Mr. Britton and Ms. Whisman were arrested and charged with domestic assault in the third degree. The original incident occurred on December 16, 2012 in the 2500 block of N. Hazel at 1800 hours.
