S- Mark Jarrell, 29, of Hope, AR
Ms. Moore was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing on foot, and served a failure to appear warrant.
Mr. Jarrell was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license, disregarding a traffic control device, and served with a foreign warrant.

Mr. Thirdgill was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and no driver’s license.

Mr. Stewart and Mr. White were each charged with battery in the third degree, public intoxication, and criminal mischief in the first degree.
