Hope police log

On July 10th, 2023, at approximately 8:05pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Marquavious Monk, 19 of Hope, AR. Mr. Monk was arrested in the 500 block of East Division
Street and charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family Member and Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Mr. Monk was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court
appearance.

On July 13th, 2023, at approximately 2:05pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Aaron Gorman, 39 of Smackover, AR. Mr. Gorman was served with a warrant at the Hempstead
County Detention Facility and charged with Theft of Property over $1,000.00. Mr. Gorman was held for a first court appearance.

On July 14th, 2023 at approximately 10:15pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Arturo Lozano, 38 of Hope, AR. Mr. Lozano was arrested in the 500 block of South Pine Street
and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and Interference with Emergency Communications. Mr. Lozano was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held
for a first court appearance.

A female juvenile of Hope, AR

The juvenile was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery and Assault on a Family Member

7.11.23

2:21am in the 100 Block of East 13^th St.

Carlesha Liggon, 31, of Dallas, TX

Ms. Liggon was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery

7:20pm in the 100 Block of South Walker St.

A male juvenile of Hope, AR

The juvenile was arrested and charged with Fleeing on Foot, Minor in Possession of a Handgun

10:11pm in the 300 Block of West Compress

Ashley Youngblood, 34, of Hope, AR

Ms. Youngblood was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,  and a Failure to Appear

7.16.23

9:48pm in the 900 Block of North Sherman

Kezhane Porter, 18, of Hope, AR

Ms. Porter was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and a Failure to Appear
