On July 27th, 2023, at approximately 4:30pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Allen Moore, 44, of Hope, AR. Mr. Moore was arrested in the 200 block of North Hamilton
Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Moore was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a
first court appearance.
On July 27th, 2023 at approximately 9:50am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Cedric Williams Jr, 20, of Stamps, AR. Mr. Williams was arrested in the 1500 block of South
Main Street and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Mr. Williams was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
On July 29th, 2023 at approximately 12:40pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Takesa Moss, 38, of Hope, AR. Ms. Moss was arrested in the 300 block of South Washington
Street and charged with Robbery and Battery 2nd Degree. Ms. Moss was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
On July 30th, 2023 at approximately 7:33pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Jamarion Evans, 18, of Hope, AR. Mr. Evans was arrested in the 700 block of North Walker
Street and charged with Aggravated Assault, Battery 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Mr. Evans was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

Mr. Vazquez was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery, Criminal Mischief, Carrying a Weapon and Criminal Trespass

Juan Scott, 56, of Perrytown, AR
Mr. Scott was arrested and charged with Theft of Property
