Hope School Board Sessions Planned

HOPE – A national holiday will move the regular monthly session of the Hope Public School Board to January 17th.

Monday is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, and classes will not be in session in the Hope Public Schools, nor will administrative offices be open. The regular school board meeting which falls on the third Monday each month will be moved to Tuesday next week.

The board will conduct two sessions January 17th, including a called special meeting at 4:30 to conduct the annual evaluation for Superintendent Bobby Hart. The session will be a closed personnel meeting. No action by the board is anticipated at the meeting.

The regular monthly board session will begin at 5:30pm and will be open to the public.

Both meetings will be conducted in the second floor conference room at the district administration building, 117 East 2nd Street.image
