HOLLIDAY, JAMES LEON PHOTOMr. James Leon Holliday went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at the age of 75.  The youngest of 9 children, James was born in Texarkana, Arkansas to William John and Lola Mae Holliday on June 23, 1941. A loving Christian man, he was kind and generous to all.  He was a Vietnam Veteran and a retired truck driver of over 40 years. James enjoyed spending time with his family, playing dominos, fishing and tinkering with small mechanics.

He is survived by his daughter Christy Holliday of Dunlap, Tennessee, granddaughter, Tracy Chaddock of Austin, Texas, brothers; Herman Holliday of Hope, John Holliday of Carrollton, TX, Robert Holliday of Red Key, Indiana and one sister, Mary Hodge of Hope. He was well loved by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00am on March 13, 2017 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main Hope, AR.

Graveside service will be 2:00pm on March 13, 2017 at Rhonda Cemetery in Texarkana, AR (Rhonda Community) with Rev. Jerry G.
