K. June Pafford, age 76, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012 in a Little Rock Hospital. Mrs. Pafford was born on May 13, 1936 in McKamie, Arkansas.
She was a graduate of Springhill, Louisiana High School, retiree of Teeco Safety, and a vital part of Pafford EMS. June was a member of the Dusty Wheels Motorcycle Club. She loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, and thoroughly enjoyed her nieces and nephews.
June was preceded in death by her Mother; Vivian Ambrose and two Uncles; Jack Ambrose, and Herman Ambrose.
She is survived by: Her loving Husband of 57 years, H. Rod Pafford of Hope, Arkansas; brother-in-Law: James Pafford and wife Carol of Hope, Arkansas; niece: Jamie Pafford Gresham and husband Ben of Hope, Arkansas; two Nephews: Greg Pafford of Arcadia, Louisiana, and John Pafford of Ruston, Louisiana; one Grand-Niece: Suzie Gresham; two Grand-Nephews: Garrett Gresham, and Alex Pafford. She is also survived by numerous other relatives, and many special friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 24, 2012 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of A.O. Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the funeral home in Stamps.
