Ruben H. Taylor III and Kenneth Earl Lamb
The Hempstead County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two Hope men wanted on charges of Breaking and Entering and Attempted Theft of Property. Ruben H. Taylor III was arrested Tuesday afternoon around 2:25 p.m. on Avenue A in Hope. Kenneth Earl Lamb, 35, was arrested Tuesday night.
The charges against the two men are related to an incident on Highway 174 North on November 29th.
Both men were seen in a white Mazda Tribute, a small SUV type vehicle, with the Arkansas license plate number 418 REO.
The men were caught after the Sheriff’s Department ran their photos and descriptions with local media.
