A car belonging to a Prescott couple was found overturned and abandoned near Hope Sunday night. A 2002 Nissan registered to Summer and Joshua Brian of Moore Street was found upside down in the ditch off Highway 67 between Hope and Perrytown around 9:12 p.m.
From the appearance of the skid marks in the ditch, the vehicle was headed east at the time of the accident. A passerby reported seeing the car’s occupants leave the scene in another car after the accident.
Deputy Freddie Parks investigated the accident.
It’s not believed that anyone in the car went to Wadley Regional Medical Center after leaving the accident.
The car was towed from the scene by Blevins Wrecker Service.
Guess they didn't want their vehicle anymore! LOL!
Or maybe they lived just down the road and went to get help… I hope the babies weren't in there!
My aunt came upon the wreck saw it happend asked if they were ok and when they got out of the car they got into a truck headed down 174. The white truck was following them she said they were drunk and told her she didn't need to call police !
magine at!!! well gosh what did they think…..that the car would just lay there all night and no one would see it or report it!!!! typical drunks!!!!!
I was ticketed for texting and driving!!! That's what happens when you text and drive!

I'd guess they were drunk, why else jump in the car with other people.
Sommer i apologize 4 commenting on this article!! 1st thing I didn't recognize the name as being u… 2nd initially all I said was guess they didn't want the vehicle…. Yes n the job I do n seeing wrecks I wud have said it was probably a drunk party due 2 the fact they left the scene…. Bc the article said that wadley of hope didn't have a person by that name….
