Mr. Richard Carter 66, of Willisville, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at his home in Willisville.
Mr. Carter worked as a warehouse manager for Albermarle Company in Magnolia, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Jesse Carter.
A family memorial service is planned for a later date.
