Saint Patrick’s Day Tomorrow

Saint Patrick’s Day commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity to Ireland, and celebrates the heritage and culture of the Irish in general. Celebrations usually include parades, the wearing of green or shamrocks and the ‘pinching’ of those who don’t.
Locally, the Hope Civitan Club will be presenting will be presenting their annual Saint Patrict’s Day Dance Friday at Hope Fair Park’s Community Center, from 6:00 to 8:00, featuring music, hot dogs and dessert.
