Mrs. Suzanne Davidson, age 67, of Emmet, Arkansas, passed away, Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Wadley Regional Hospital @ Hope. She was born March 12, 1945, in Prescott, Arkansas to the late Shelby Lee and Ruth Cox Jones. She was a teacher for many years at Beryl Henry, and then librarian at Garrett Memorial School in Hope. Mrs. Davidson was a member of the Emmet United Methodist Church where she served as pianist for over twenty years. She was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Jones, and a sister, June Osborn.
Mrs. Davidson is survived by a son Terry Davidson of Emmet, Arkansas, and two granddaughters, Kandace and Christine Davidson.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, November 5, at Brazzel/Oakcrest the Funeral Home of Hope.
Funeral service for Mrs. Davidson will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 6, at the Emmet United Methodist Church, Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating. Family of Suzanne, I am so sorry to her of this death. Suzanne was the sweetest, jolly person to work with. I worked with her in the Hope schools, I was the school nurse at the time. I know how much she will be missed. May God Bless this family.
