Thomas Glenon Huckabee

Mr. Thomas Glenon Huckabee, 100 years old of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 in Prescott, Arkansas. He was born August 5, 1916 to Thomas and Sudie Johnson Huckabee in Bodcaw, Arkansas.

Mr. Huckabee was a veteran wounded in a fox hole in France, a Woodman of the World Member and worked for Hope Brick Works for sixty years as a foreman. He was an avid Razorkback fan, a christian and a true southern gentleman to the end.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Billie Bryant Huckabee of 72 years; son, Ronnie Huckabee; grandson Gregory Parker Dickerson; son-in-law James Parker Dickerson; one brother; two sisters; three sister-in-laws and one brother-in-law.

Mr. Huckabee is survived by his daughter Glenda Huckabee Dickerson of Hope; sister-in-law Hazel Bright of Prescott; neices, nephews, friends and his special feline friend Thomas Kat.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 am Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Herndon Pharr Funeral Home in Hope with Elder Vernon Livingston officiating under the direction of Herndon Pharr Funeral Home. Interment will be at a later date in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas.

Please wear Razorback apparel or red clothing to honor Mr. Huckabee at this celebration.
